HazırTestAccount and Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your HazırTest account and all data linked to it using either of the two methods below.
From within the application
Immediate deletionOn mobile: open the application → side menu → Account Info → Delete Account; on the Final Confirmation step you are asked to type DELETE in capital letters (the confirmation word follows the application language). On desktop: Settings → Account → the Delete account button in the Account / License box (it is shown only while you are signed in); after the warning you confirm by typing your account e-mail address. Once the operation completes, your account, your licence and your data in the cloud are permanently deleted and the application continues as a guest.
Request by e-mail
Within 30 days at the latestIf you have no access to the application, send a deletion request to destek@hazirtest.com from the e-mail address registered to your account.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:
- Your account information and your e-mail address
- The student and class records you have added
- Your examination and reading results
- Your licence records
- Your cloud backups
Your store subscription is not cancelled. Deleting your account does not stop the billing of a subscription taken out through the App Store or Google Play; you also have to cancel the subscription in the store you bought it from. Otherwise the charges continue even though the account has been deleted.
Data on your device
Deleting the account removes your data in the cloud. On mobile, the data stored on the device is deleted when you uninstall the application. On the desktop, the local files are not touched: your question banks, students and results stay in your record folder (by default the HazırTest folder in your user directory) even after you uninstall the application — to remove them use Settings → Data Management → Delete All Data.
Retention period
After the deletion, your data is removed from the servers. Unless there is a record we are legally required to retain, no additional retention period applies.
Hesap ve Veri Silme
HazırTest hesabınızı ve hesabınızla ilişkili tüm verilerinizi aşağıdaki iki yöntemden biriyle kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.
Uygulama içinden
Anında silmeTelefonda: uygulamayı açın → yan menü → Hesap Bilgileri → Hesabı Sil; son onayda kutuya büyük harflerle SİL yazmanız istenir. Bilgisayarda: Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesap / Lisans bölümündeki Hesabı sil düğmesi (yalnız giriş yapılmışken görünür); uyarıyı onayladıktan sonra hesabınızın e-posta adresini yazarak doğrularsınız. İşlem tamamlandığında hesabınız, lisansınız ve buluttaki verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir, uygulama misafir olarak devam eder.
E-posta ile talep
En geç 30 gün içindeUygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa hesabınızın kayıtlı e-posta adresinden destek@hazirtest.com adresine silme talebi gönderin.
Silinen veriler
Hesabınızı sildiğinizde aşağıdaki veriler kalıcı olarak silinir:
- Hesap bilgileriniz ve e-posta adresiniz
- Eklediğiniz öğrenci ve sınıf kayıtları
- Sınav ve tarama sonuçlarınız
- Lisans kayıtlarınız
- Bulut yedekleriniz
Mağaza aboneliğiniz iptal edilmez. Hesabı silmek, App Store veya Google Play üzerinden aldığınız bir aboneliğin ücretlendirmesini durdurmaz; aboneliği satın aldığınız mağazadan ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir. Aksi hâlde hesap silinmiş olsa da ücretlendirme sürer.
Cihazınızdaki veriler
Hesabın silinmesi buluttaki verilerinizi kaldırır. Telefonda, cihazda saklanan veriler uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir. Bilgisayarda yerel dosyalara dokunulmaz: soru bankalarınız, öğrencileriniz ve sonuçlarınız uygulamayı kaldırdıktan sonra da kayıt klasörünüzde (varsayılan olarak kullanıcı klasörünüzdeki HazırTest klasörü) kalır — silmek için Ayarlar → Veri Yönetimi → Tüm Verileri Sil yolunu kullanın.
Saklama süresi
Silme işleminden sonra verileriniz sunuculardan kaldırılır. Yasal olarak saklamamız gereken bir kayıt yoksa ek saklama süresi uygulanmaz.
